The breakfast offered a good and tasty selection, especially the pastries!

There was insufficient storage space in the bathroom, with only one hook for towels and no shelves for personal items.

Bathroom lacks storage space with only one towel hook and no shelves for toiletries. Checked out at 10 AM but faced resistance when requesting to use the bathroom to freshen up while waiting for luggage. Toiletries weren't replenished , forcing personal purchases.

everything was brand-new, including outstandingly accommodating staff and magnificent location close to the pedestrian area. location close to the sita sud buses as well as the train station and the station where the sita sud buses depart for amalfi.

It had a marvellous location close to the center of Sorrento and the train station and the station where the Sita Sud buses depart for Amalfi and very close to the train station.

great location and modern bathroom add cozy touch to your stay

The staff's energetic and helpful nature. Location is perfect for exploring, with very modern and spacious rooms providing a comfortable retreat after a day of adventure.

we had an electronic key card, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk in the twin/double room. the location was magnificent close to the pedestrian area and the staff here was helpful and super friendly.

The towels had stains, unacceptable for my standards. I also discovered there was no way to cool the room properly, it was like a sauna. After all that, i thought a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, but i guess that's too much to ask. I was so close to recommending this place but just couldn't.

The hotel was clean and tidy, offering ample space to relax comfortably. The breakfast options looked excellent, showcasing a variety of delectable dishes. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the main attractions!

At my usual spot, staff kindly assisted with my elderly parents once. Place fits me just right; Free Wi-Fi, 24-hr reception, TV, Aircon, Elevator, Electric kettle. No smoking here. I adore returning for city breaks.

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is great, just a short walk from the pedestrian zone.
